Q : What do All American Repipe & Plumbing provide?
A : All American Repipe & Plumbing will provide

1. New shut off valve to your main house
2. New hose bibs
3. All new shut off valves to sink (hot and cold) and toilet.  We use quarter turn valve which makes it easy to turn off and on
4. New supply line up to faucet (stainless steel braided)
5. New water heater flex with new shut off valve. T&P drain are run out to the exterior wall.  Seismic straps are installed, in case of an earthquake.

Q : How long does it take?
A : Average house will take one day to do all the repiping job.

Q:  Will water be off?
A:  Yes, water will be off but it will be back on at the end of each day, and ready to use.

Q:  What about patching?
A:  We do our own patch work.  All holes will be patched and textured, ready to paint.  We can match almost every kind of texture.

Q:  Will my house be a mess when the job is in progress?

"Thank you All American Repipe & Plumbing,
Prior to Spring Break, I discovered a possible leaky pipe under the house. I came home so worried about the damage not to mention the cost with the utilities. That day, on the front door knob, an advertisement for plumbing repair All American Repipe & Plumbing.  I made contact with Nick, as I explained the problem and the urgency of the repair; he made an appointment to assess the damage.  Nick was on time and immediately reviewed the situation. To my relief no leaks under the house, but as usual always something to repair, I then approached Nick with a question on the relocation of the in house water heater.  I had saved money for copper repipe; the job had not been completed.  Nick noticed the unfinished copper repipe with galvanized pipe attached to copper well past the grace period advised.  Nick gave me an estimate to complete what had not been finished and to relocate the water heater outside the house.  Nick and I agreed on the location, price and work time, during Spring Break.  Nick and his team completed all work on time and to my expectations and satisfaction throughout the upgrade/repair. His team took care in the house and outside and no sign that a repair had been made. Single handled faucets were also upgraded in two bathrooms with an upgrade in kitchen faucets due to age of previous hardware.  Nick and I clearly and agreeably came to an estimate that met my pocketbook.  I especially appreciated the work estimate, warranty, references folder Nick gave prior to start of job.  Honesty with regards to the initial request made me want to choose All American Repipe and Plumbing, great job."
